The sort puzzle genre continues to grow in the mobile gaming market, with many titles combining relaxing gameplay with light strategy. Sort Express stands out as one such game, built around the popular triple-matching mechanic.

At its core, players match three identical objects to clear them from the board. While simple to understand, the challenge increases through layered and partially hidden objects, adding a subtle observational element to the gameplay.

The game follows a level-based progression, where difficulty scales gradually with denser layouts and a wider variety of objects. To keep the experience fresh, new objects unlock as players progress, introducing slight complexity and visual variety.

A notable addition is the daily tasks feature, which gives players short-term goals beyond level progression. These tasks encourage regular engagement while offering useful rewards.

From a monetization standpoint, the game relies mainly on in-app purchases (IAP), avoiding frequent ad interruptions and maintaining a smoother gameplay flow.

For this analysis, I played over 397 levels to evaluate the mechanics, progression, and overall design. The game stays true to casual puzzle expectations, easy to pick up, with increasing challenge over time.

With an estimated monthly revenue of around $250K, the game is showing early growth. As the genre continues to expand in 2026, Sort Express has the potential to strengthen its position in the sort puzzle space.
